Get your cards to us
There are two ways to submit your cards:
In-store drop-off
Bring your cards into the shop. We'll help you fill out the form and select the right service level on the spot.

We submit to PSA & keep you updated
We submit cards to PSA weekly. You can track your batch status on our homepage anytime.

Pay & pick up your slabs
Once your grades are ready we'll invoice you via PayPal or credit card. After payment, pick up your slabs in store or we can ship them back to you. You have 30 days to pay — after that, cards may be sold to cover grading fees.

Service levels & fees

Our price includes PSA's grading fee plus our service fee. You pay nothing until your cards are ready for pickup.

PSA has temporarily suspended Value Bulk and Value Plus submissions. Regular and Express are open.

Frequently asked questions

How long does grading take?
Turnaround times vary by service level. We submit to PSA weekly, so your cards will go out within a week of us receiving them.
When do I pay?
You pay nothing upfront. You pay for your cards once you come in to pick them up or before we ship them to you.
How do I pay?
If you are picking up your cards in the shop, you can simply pay when you pickup your cards. Otherwise we will sendyou an invoice to pay before the cards are shipped back to you.
What happens if I don't pay?
You have 30 days from the date the cards are returned to us. If payment isn't received within 30 days, your graded cards may be sold to cover the grading fees. Any remaining balance after the sale will be sent to you.
Can I ship my cards to you?
Yes — Please include your printed submission form inside the package.
How do I track my submission?
Check the live batch status panel on our homepage anytime. We update it as submissions progress through PSA. You can also email us at hello@nwasportscards.com for a specific update.
