Refund & Return Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy on eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- PSA grading submissions (all service levels)
- Sealed boxes and cases (all sports, all formats)
- Mystery packs (all tiers)
These categories are non-returnable due to the nature of the products — once a sealed item leaves our possession its contents cannot be verified, and grading submissions are processed on your behalf and cannot be reversed.
Returns are accepted on supplies only (toploaders, sleeves, binders, card savers, and similar items), provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Item is in the same condition as received — unused and in original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase is included
To start a return on an eligible supply item, contact us at hello@nwasportscards.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is approved we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@nwasportscards.com so we can make it right. This applies to all product categories including sealed boxes — if a box arrives damaged in shipping we will work with you on a resolution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@nwasportscards.com.
European Union
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. This applies to eligible items only — the no-return categories listed above remain final sale regardless of destination. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
