Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states using multiple carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination.

  • Free shipping on all US orders over $50
  • Orders under $50 are subject to calculated shipping rates at checkout based on weight and destination

Estimated domestic delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited options available at checkout

International shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.
  • Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days after shipment
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nwasportscards.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is still missing after 5 business days, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation.

Local pickup

Prefer to skip shipping? You're welcome to pick up your order in store at:

Select Local pickup at checkout and we'll have your order ready within 1 business day.
